Our organization is young, and we are looking for people passionate about our ideas to help energize, manage, and grow Editors for Impact. All of our positions are voluntary and offer flexible time commitment, and provide you the opportunity to be at the core of a new movement in creative content making.

The skills we look for in positions vary, although we encourage motivated people from all abilities to apply and develop the required skills in the role. As we are a decentralized social enterprise, the location of all roles is worldwide.


Available Positions

  1. Strategy Director / Advisor
    • We are seeking a Strategy Director / Advisor to help us ensure the long-term viability of Editors for Impact through developing an appropriate growth strategy, sourcing funding, and improving people management.
    • What will you be doing?
      • Conduct research on funding opportunities for Editors for Impact and develop strategies to secure funding from donors, grants, and other sources.
      • Analyze our current operations and identify areas where we can improve our sustainability, such as in our manpower structure or our workflow.
      • Collaborate with the management team to create a long-term vision for the organization and develop strategies to achieve it.
    • What are we looking for?
      • At least 3 years of experience in non-profit management (preferred, but not required)
      • Passion for our organization’s mission and for non-profit management
      • Strong knowledge of the charity sector in the UK and strategies for securing funding
      • Excellent leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Availability to volunteer on a regular and remote basis (the role can eventually be paid, if funding is secured and if agreed by the Strategy Director and trustees)
