Congratulations to April 2022 Editor of the Month – Zachary Gammiere! Zac has produced some great work while being involved in two projects with E4I: TDT and Move the World. We are looking forward to working with Zac on future projects and want to share more about his journey with E4I in this article.
Zac was born and raised in California. He studied filmmaking at San Francisco State University and moved to the UK to get his Masters in Cinematography from Goldsmiths, University of London. He has been living in London for the past five years, working as a freelance videographer and cinematographer. Cinematography is his main skill, but he is also a strong video editor.
Zac joined Editors for Impact as he wanted to use his skills to be able to help make a difference and to contribute to the world in a positive way. Filmmaking is a job on one level for him, but it’s a passion of his as well. He wants it to be more than simply work. Zac wants to help people through the skills that he has acquired.
What Zac finds the most enjoyable is being able to connect with incredible organizations from all over the world. He feels that it’s so empowering to know all the good that is being done in the world. For him to be able to be a small contribution towards that is very rewarding and keeps him inspired and motivated.
